Earned Income Credit Misfile?

I'm in the process of filing my taxes and on the review portion I noticed that for some reason form 3514 is being submitted, even though I don't qualify for EITC. Any suggestions on how to not file this?

Tax Tools ––> Tools ––> Delete a form

Yes, but are you sure you aren't eligible for the credit?
