Donations, can we get credit for donated labor in addition to miles?

There is an organization that my husband volunteers to maintain the grounds. Can we claim his labor in any way in addition to the miles driven back and forth?

No you cannot ever claim anything for your time or your skills. You can only claim any out of pocket expenses you incurred during the course of volunteer work for a charity.
