Does Younique need to go on a W-4?

I started selling Younique in September 2023, I'm filling out a W-4 for 2024, would I need to say I have "Multiple Jobs", or am "Self-Employed", or have additional withholdings taken out for "Other Income"? I believe I will have sold over $600 by year-end.

Thank you! I work full time and have this as Self-Employment income. So for Step 2, do I select b) Multiple Jobs and have to fill out the Multiple Jobs Worksheet or do I select c) If there are only two jobs total, you may check this box? c) says that it is more accurate to use the higher paying job, so I'm not sure which to select.
