Does the 5695 calculate the energy efficient home improvement credit at 30% of cost?

Need to enter the cost of insulation materials and it’s only giving me a credit of 10% of cost.

The Form 5695 for the Residential Energy Credit is not yet finalized for 2023. It is expected to be finalized for use tomorrow, 02/08.

This is scheduled to be fixed with the February 7 update. The updates generally happen at night. It should be available February 8.
