Does anyone have an idea of when 1040A, EIC and Child Tax Credit form will be available?

TurboTax says the forms in question will be available on the 18th.  Today is the 18th and I still cannot file because the forms arent available.

Most forms are scheduled to be updated today, January 18, but we don't know what time of day that means. TurboTax is programmed from California and its still early there. Try again later today or tonight.

Thank you.  I was able to file last nite at around 7 pm.
