Does any one know about the EIC for Maryland montgomery county ?

If you have Maryland state EIC on Form 502 line 22 (equal to 50% of your federal EIC), the local EIC that goes on Form 502 line 29 for a Montgomery County, MD resident is 0.32 times the federal EIC.
