Yes.
Your 1099-SA is the report on the distributions from your HSA sent to you by the HSA plan administrator.
You are required by the IRS to add form 8889 to your return, because you had distributions from your HSA.
You enter the 1099-SA in the HSA interview, which begins at Federal Taxes->Deductiions & Credits->Medical, click on "HSA MSA Contributions".
Be sure to go all the way through the interview, until you are returned to the Your Tax Breaks screen.
If "JHSA" refers to your spouse's HSA, note that an HSA is owned by an individual; there is no such thing as a joint HSA. File and report on each HSA separately.
