Do I own 100% of a single family home if I aqquired it through a quit claim deed?
Although my son quit claim his personal residence to me his name still appears on the mortgage/mortgage statements. If I rent the property and pay all expenses do I claim 100% of the property?

Yes you may claim 100% of the mortgage interest and property taxes if you own the property, (name on the deed) and pay these expenses. Please refer to the Link below for more information:
