Do i need to report US Dept. of Labor earnings? They werent taxed.

did you get a W-2?  A 1099?  Why did they pay you?

I received nothing. I was paid for being out of work due to an injury. Still claim 1-2 hours of LWOP while at dr. Appts. that DOL pays me for.

This could be why you did not get anything.
