Do I need to claim cemetery plots that I sold back to the cemetery for less then I paid for them?

we paid $650.00 for the plots, but the would only give us $600.00 for them.

No. It's because you had a loss on the sale that you don't need to claim the sale of the cemetery plots. There is no place this needs to be entered on your return.
