Yes, if you worked the entire year in your home office you will claim the home office for the entire year as long as the home office meets the qualifications for a tax deduction. In order to claim a space as a home office, it must be both exclusively used for your work and nothing else and your principal place of business.  

So, if your home office met this criterion while working both Part-Time and Full-Time, then Yes, you can take the deduction for the entire year.  If not, then you would not be able to take the deduction for the time it did not meet the criteria.
