I cannot edit an erroneous entry for mortgage interest

It may be under Form 1098. 

1. Sign into your TurboTax account
2. Click the orange Continue Your Return button if so prompted
3. Click Search in the upper right hand corner of your screen
4. Type "1098" in the search box and hit enter on your keyboard
5. Click Jump to 1098
6. You'll come to the screen pictured below
7. Click Update next to the lender to edit

Otherwise:

In the top menu bar of your Turbo Tax, please select Federal Taxes and then Deductions and Credits.

Select I'll Choose What I Work On.

Select Update at Mortgage Interest and Refinancing.

I list will populate with any lenders that you may have entered, select Edit at the one you need to change.
