Hi I have airfare to and from Ireland in 2019 due to relocation as expat. Airfare was paid by myself for both ways and not reimbursed by company.
However I am trying to claim the foreign income tax credit and also use the standard deduction instead of itemized. Am I allowed to take the airfare as a deduction from my foreign gross income?
If so, do I add it under Definitely Related Expenses in turbotax?
