Credit Card Processor Reserves Amount

Square withholds 25% of Gross Receipts as a "Reserve" to cover Chargebacks, refunds, etc. on a business account. How do I report this income adjustment as I suspect it will be included in the Gross Receipts of 1099? What should I file it under? Thanks
