Claiiming a Dependent

It keeps asking me if I have a verbal or written agreement for claiming our child.

We are married filing jointly and these are our kids.

How do I get past this step?

You have answered something incorrectly in MY INFO if it is asking you about that. If you are filing a joint return and claiming a dependent, then it is not going to ask if you have an agreement with the other parent. Delete your dependent and start over by re-entering the dependent, and go through the screens slowly and carefully.
