My daughter’s father claimed her last year and received the advance credit. If I claim her this year will it caused any problems?

If you claim the dependent for 2021 you will be eligible for the child tax credit.

If the dependent's father received the advanced payment and doesn't claim the dependent in 2021 he will have to pay back the credit he received unless he qualifies for repayment protection.

I failed to take the 2023 RMD on my IRA until Jan 2024. What do I do? Complete and submit Form 5329 separately? Do I still report the distribution on my 2023 return?
