Child Tax Credit not calculating

I can't get TurboTax to recognize my $9,000 Tax Credit (due to 2021 increases for 3 dependents under 18) and only shows my advanced payments I received which took a huge hit to my tax refund/payment.

Shouldn't that $0 be $9,000?

What's on 1040 line 19 & 28?  Your tax returns does not show the advance payments. just the amount you still get.   Turbo Tax started out giving you the full amount.  So you saw a high refund.  Then you enter what you already received so it subtracts it. Check 1040 lines 19 and 28 and schedule 8812.
