Child Tax Credit Not Calculating Correctly

I have a 14 year old who lived all year with me and my husband.  We both received $750 each for our son under the advanced child tax credit.  I have put that $1500 correctly into the program.  However, since we are under the income maximum threshold allowed for the full child tax credit of $3,000, we should be receiving an additional $1,500 in credit for the tax year.  The premier addition of turbo tax is not allowing it.   Only a total of $1,500 not the full $3,000.  Please advise.  BTW, I am an experienced turbo tax tax preparer with a four year accounting degree.  Please don't belittle me in your response as if I don't understand how the program and/or tax filing works.   Is the program not correct with filing form 8812 and are waiting on an update?

You don't have the remaining half as a credit on line 28?   It doesn't show up on line 19 this year.

For tax year 2021 the Child Tax Credit which you are eligible to received based on the age of the child is $3,000.  However, you received $1,500 advance child tax credit in 2021 from the IRS which reduces the Child Tax Credit reported on your 2021 tax return to $1,500.  The refundable child tax credit of $1,500 is entered on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 28.

The refundable credit is added to your tax payments.

For your federal tax refund the Total Tax on Line 24 is subtracted from your Total Payments on Line 33.  The federal tax refund is on Line 34.
