Child tax credit asks if your principal home was in a hurricane area. Which hurricane are they referring to? Must you own your principal home?

Child tax credit asks if your principal home was in a hurricane area. Which hurricane are they referring to? Must you own your principal home?
The issue is that, if you are in a hurricane disaster area and as a result your income is too low this year for the full credit, you may be able to claim the credit based on last year's income instead. (If your income was unaffected by the hurricane then it doesn't matter how you answer.)
The question is whether you live in a federally declared disaster area for any of last year's hurricanes.
