Child Tax Credit 2019

It is telling me that my daughter, who lived me with me the full year and qualifies as my dependent, does not qualify for the child tax credit this year. My income was 19,000, and she has qualified every other year. Why would she not qualify?

Then go back through the dependent section in My Info and make sure all the information entered is correct. Specifically, date of birth, living in the home, another person in the household. Also make sure that you did not enter that You can be claimed as a dependent for your personal information.

If all seems to be correct, then delete her as your dependent and re-enter.
