Child or Dependent Care Credit

I claim my step-son every other year and this is the year we claim him. We do not have daycare expenses for him. We only have daycare expenses for my daughter. When I add her and click 'next', it automatically adds Parker and won't let me NOT do that. It just keeps re-adding him. This is causing him to error out when filing. How do I get him off or that feature turned off?

You should be able to check the box for the child you are claiming expenses for and then pick the dependent on the and provider and enter the amount paid.  (see screenshots below)
