Child and Dependent Care Credit showing an amount that I entered accidentally. When I go back to the prompt saying I did NOT pay for care, still showing a dollar amount?

Try going to TAX TOOLS on the left-side menu, then TOOLS.

From the pop-up menu under 'Other Helpful Links, choose DELETE A FORM.

Look for Form 2441 and click Delete on the right side (screenshot).
