I am a self employed LCPC and have to take CEU courses to maintain licensure. Are the costs of those classes tax deductible?

    Yes. Include them as a miscellaneous expense with an explanation on Schedule C.

    Under which section of schedule C? None of the descriptions seem to encompass continuing education courses.

    As expert @ColeenD3 stated, you will enter it as a miscellaneous expense with the label "Continuing Education" that you enter yourself.
