Car expenses appear on Schedule C and also in Schedule E. I can't find a way to remove them from C.
We have multiple sources of income C & E. Car expenses appear on C & E. I can't see a way to forcing it to just one.

To remove vehicle expenses from Schedule C in TurboTax Desktop, follow these steps:
1. Go to Business Income and Expenses and select Update
2. Edit the business that has the vehicle expenses you want to delete
3. Go to Business Expenses>Business Vehicle Expense and select Update
4. Click Edit next the vehicle name
5. Continue until you get to the screen asking you to enter total and business mileage for this vehicle
Entering zero for business miles will result in no business miles being calculated for this vehicle on Schedule C for this business for 2025.
If the car is used for both your Schedule C business AND your Schedule E rental, it SHOULD be showing car expenses on both of them.
You enter the number of miles for that specific business or specific rental activity, and the program calculates the expense for that activity (Schedule C and Schedule E).
Under the car I can have a line llc C =10 miles and the second line Rental E=20 miles. It appears I can assign 10 miles to the LLC and 20 miles to the rental property. The program even fills in the names of the different companies.
Then on Schedule C shows 30 miles and Schedule E shows 30 miles.
---Funny thing but on TurboTax Business I can write in travel = $200, and it takes it. But in Home & Business I cannot override the numbers. ---
