CanCan I deduct work-related parking fees?

The cost of commuting to and from work, including parking at work, is a personal commuting expense and it is not deductible.

Does this include parking fees incurred while attending meetings at facilities other than my daily work site? E.g., I work at a site in DC but travel to VA for meetings. While in VA, I have to pay for parking.
