Here is a helpful TurboTax FAQ with info about a refund offset.  It also has a link to more info on the IRS website.

You can also contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset on file for you.  TurboTax would not have that information.

My friend took an ambulance and i rode with them well they got my info not theirs and now my state taxes are gone!!! WTF I got a letter saying where my state taxes went it’s gone to EMS!!! HOW?? I DIDNT NEED HELP THEY DID BUT COULDNT TALK
