HSA contributions are deemed taxable until you get to the question "did you have a qualifying HDHP all year?"  Keep going in the program, don't jump around because you might miss things.  You should get the HDHP question during the W-2 interview and you can also bring it up in the HSA section on the Deductions and Credits page.

You also DO NOT enter HSA contributions in the HSA section if they were payroll deductions, those are already on your W-2.  The only contributions you manually enter are any separate contributions not made via payroll.
