Can we claim property tax on house that I am executor of ,paying the tax out of our account.the property hasn't been probated.

Are you paying the taxes from your personal account or the estate account ?

no the payment was from our personal account

Unfortunately, you cannot claim a property tax deduction for property you do not own.
