It depends on exactly what deductions. There are some areas where TurboTax is not going to allow you to enter deductions twice for the same section. However, in general, TurboTax won't catch scenarios where you have entered the same deduction in two different sections. For example, if you enter your cell phone bill once under Communication and again under Office Expenses, then TurboTax is not going to catch that duplicate deduction. It will assume they are valid deductions. You can always print out your return before filing and review it to ensure the accuracy of all your deductions.
