Can't change to itemized deductions with Premier online version.

Windows 10 and Chrome browser. Premier online version.

I tried changing to itemized deductions from the recommended standard deduction. The system did not appear to allow it. However, when I pulled a pdf of the completed tax form (before filing) it correctly had the ITEMIZED amount for deductions on the form. So apparently it had accepted the change but did not indicate it had done so.

Very frustrating and VERY POOR performance. I won't be using the system in the future.
