Tax year 2017 will not complete until after 12/31/2017.  The TurboTax software of tax year 2017 will not be available until mid-November for the desktop editions and in early December for the online editions.

You can use the TurboTax application ItsDeductible to track your charitable contributions for 2017 and then import the ItsDeductible data into the 2017 tax return when available.
