Can someone tell me how to enter mortgage ins when there is no box 5 available to enter?

Shows boxes 1-3, then property taxes but nothing else.

The mortgage insurance premiums are no longer deductible. The deduction expired on December 31, 2016. Please view the TurboTax FAQ below for more information.
