I have 80% ownership of home & my Aunt & Sister both have 10% ownership each. Home is occupied by an Aunt who has 10% ownership and does not pay any rent.

Can property tax be claimed I do not reside in?

Yes, you can deduct all property tax you paid on all property you own in the year paid. as long as you only use the property for personal use, and also itemize your deductions.
