Can medical expenses paid by Wage Works be filed

No, you cannot claim a medical expense deduction for amounts paid by Wage Works. 

Medical expenses paid by WageWorks would be amounts reimbursed to you from a medical savings account or flexible spending account.  These types of accounts are funded with pre-tax money and would not be deductible.
