Can me and my girlfriend both claim the same child care expenses for daycare

she claims him for EIC we live together

When you live together, you cannot split the child tax benefits up between the 2 of you.  One person, the person that claims the child,  gets them all.

When you live together, you cannot split the child tax benefits up between the 2 of you.  One person, the person that claims the child,  gets them all.
