Can I write off my bicycle as a business expense?

I drive a promotional truck all over the country for work almost 365 days a year.  I bought a bicycle that I often use to get around when I'm not working to go shopping, eat dinner, and whatever else comes up.  A financial planner told me once that I should write off my bicycle, but I wanted to find out for sure, and how to, if possible.

Unfortunately, that is not deductible because it is personal transportation.
