Can I use turbotax if I am a F1 visa, in opt, with HSA contribution

If you have been in the US for more than 5 years or part years, you would be considered a US tax resident and can use TurboTax.

 

So if you came to the US sometime in 2014, your 5 years would be 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.  Then in 2019 you would be considered a US tax resident.  

 

Otherwise you are a nonresident.  TurboTax is only for US residents and US citizens. However we have a partnership with Sprintax offering a nonresident tax filing solution to our TurboTax customers.
