Can I use Turbotax Deluxe if I sold my home and moved from California and bought a home in Idaho?

I received Social Security and Calpers. Do I need to file a return in both states?

Yes, you can use Deluxe.  You will definitely have to file CA, and possibly ID You may be below the filling limit in ID, based on total retirement received while living there, your age, and filing status.  ID does not tax Social Security and you won't owe tax there on the house sale. The program will tell you if you need to file there.
