Yes. However, TT Free does not include Schedule A for itemized deductions.

Before you upgrade, be aware that only the amount of Medical that is in excess of 10% of AGI (7.5% if age 65+) qualifies as a Federal itemized deduction, and your total itemizeds must be more than the Standard  deduction.
