Of course ... file an extension now and that gets you to 10/15/2020 to efile the return thru TT.
Take note that an extension to file is not an extension to pay any tax liability you may owe the IRS. Payment for 2019 taxes is still due by July 15th, and that can not be extended.
I don’t understand your question. The 330 day test refers to the ability to exclude certain foreign earned income from US taxation. It doesn’t have anything to do with the deadlines to file a tax return, which is required of every US citizen wherever they are in the world. And if you have been abroad since November 9, 2019, you would not qualify for the foreign income exclusion on your 2019 tax return.
In normal years, any US person who is abroad during tax season can get an automatic extension of the filing deadline from April 15 to June 15. This extension does not require an automatic extension form but does require that you file by mail and write on the top of the tax form that you are a US citizen living abroad. This year, because of the coronavirus, the IRS has extended the normal tax deadline for all filers to July 15. If you want a longer extension, you must file an automatic extension request form which will give you until October 15. That is the final deadline for all tax filers whether they are within the US or abroad.
I don't think TurboTax had Form 2350. You will need to manually fill it out.
However, you probably want to prepare your tax return to see how much tax is owed and pay any tax before the July 15th deadline.
