If you are referring to removing the foreign taxes from your deductions, Yes you can. Here are the steps (online):

• After sign into your account and select Take me to my return     
• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1116 and Enter 
• Select Jump to 1116
• Follow prompts
• On the screen, Do you Want the Deductions or the Credit? Select Itemized deductions
• Next screen, remove the amount.
