Can I put include house taxes that are not mine?

 paid the mortgage all year out of my checking account, but my name is not on the home title, it’s under my dads name My dad doesn’t file taxes since he is in permanent disability (for the past 7yrs) Can I include the house taxes on my taxes if he agrees ?

You can't list it on your return as it not your property taxes.

You have to be responsible for them for the taxes to be deductible on your return.
