Can I pay my wife's medical bills with my HSA account even that she got a new job and now she has a HDHP with a FSA?

I have a HSA account with HDHP given by my employer and my wife is included as part of this plan. Recently she got a job where she has a HDHP with a FSA in which I'm not included. Question is with previous terms Can I pay for any of her medical bills with my HSA account?

Distributions from your HSA can always be used to pay qualified medical expenses incurred by your spouse anytime after your HSA was established.
