What 2019 Property Tax Refund? For what state?
Does TurboTax create the property tax form and file it? TurboTax usually deals with income taxes and only occasionally does things like school taxes or property tax/renters rebate.
Please tell us what state you are referring to.

I figured my 2019 Renter's Credit (Property Tax Refund) on Turbo Tax when completing my 2019 Fed Tax Return and 2019 MN State Tax Return. It was too early to file the Renters Credit. I am trying to find it now, so I can mail it, but unable to find it on your site. If it is still out there, I would like to file it.

To obtain the refund, the taxpayer must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP), for each rental unit lived in during the year. The taxpayer's landlord is required to deliver a completed CRP to the taxpayer no later than January 31st of each year.
You will need the CRP to determine your refund, if any, and you must include what is called a Form M1PR with the CRP when it is filed. These forms have to be printed and mailed in to:
Minnesota Property Tax Refund
St. Paul, MN 55145-0020
TurboTax will prepare the Form M1PR for you to print. Towards the end of the step-by-step interview for Minnesota you will reach the Other Forms You May Need screen. To have the M1PR prepared and made available for printing, make sure you check the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) check box on the Other Forms You May Need screen, then follow the prompts through the end of the interview.
Not certain I filed for property tax refund. Please check. If so, how much is it and when should I expect it?
If I didn't file my property tax refund for MN, how do I do that?

See this TurboTax support FAQ for filing the Form M1PR - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-forms/file-m1pr-minnesota-property-t...
Don't understand your reply.
@lthomsen7209 No one can check to see if you filed your MN property tax because no one else has access to your tax return or your account. Only you can access your own return. BUT if you did not put that property tax form in an envelope and take it to a mailbox--it was not filed. It cannot be e-filed. It has to be mailed.
There was already a reply in this thread that tells you that you have to mail it---scroll up and read. Or....here it is again.
