Yes, but only if you itemize deductions instead of taking the standard deduction. Offerings and tithes are considered donations and are an itemized deduction. To enter these in TurboTax, go to:

Federal - left menu
Deductions and Credits - top menu
Charitable Donations -
Donations to Charity in 2018

You can also type ''donations'' in the search bar and click the Jump To donations links.
