Can I file my taxes without my 1099 if I tracked my mileage?

I drove for Uber, a few months this past year.  I still haven't received my 1099-misc, but I did track my mileage with an app on my phone.  Can I file using just my mileage, or will I have to wait to receive my 1099-misc?

You need to wait until you have your 1099-MISC or 1099-K.  Although you have the mileage, you don't know how much income they are reporting to you and more importantly, to the IRS.  If you don't have your form yet, contact them, as they should have sent them out by Jan. 31.  You want to avoid having to file an amended return and at the same time ensure Uber has reported your income accurately.
