Can I enter my 1042-S form?
I am an international student and I was under a treaty tax until November 2018. For November and December the Federal tax was withheld. My 1042-S form has the income code 19.

On my 1042-S I have income code 19, box 3a exemption code 04 and box 4a exemption code 16. On my W2 form the wage is 8198.00 which is the wage for the last two months for 2018. I asked also at the tax office and I am considered a resident.

Here are the instructions:
1. Report your full income. Then enter the treaty-exempt amount as a negative amount under Federal Taxes/Less Common Income / Miscellaneous Income 1099A, 1099C / Other Reportable Income
2. Fill in Form 8833 from IRS website to claim an exception. <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8833.pdf">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8833.pdf</a>
3. You cannot e-file. You can still use the TurboTax program to prepare your tax forms, but you need to print them out and submit by mail along with the form 8833.

On the Turbo Tax program it shows that I have to pay the federal tax. Should I print it like this and then send it with the form 8833 claiming the treaty benefits?

I am sorry , I have another problem. When I want to file the taxes it takes me to the payment options of the Federal tax. Since I have a treaty benefit I don't have to pay the taxes. How can I go further to file the taxes?
