Unfortunately, no.

The federal taxes you paid in 2018 for 2017 federal tax debt are not deductions.

The federal taxes you paid in 2018 for 2017 federal tax debt are not deductions.

Some states allow you to deduct Federal taxes paid on your state return, but not any penalties or interest.
