Can I deduct paid miles?

I work for myself running an Airbnb, I’ve also picked up Part-time work from the U.S. Census.  They pay me for mileage, my question is can I still deduct the miles from my taxes?  (I’ve had to have extensive car repair do to all the off-roading I’ve had to due be cause of the census)

No ... waged employee expenses are no longer deductible anywhere.
