Can I deduct my mother's daycare expenses which we pay for?

we pay $200/month towards mom's daycare. Can we deduct it?

If you're claiming your mom as a dependent on your tax return, you can take a credit for a portion of the expenses you paid for her care. To qualify for the credit, she has to be incapable of caring for herself.
